update!

Wow. My last post was Monday. I haven't been writing as much as I'd like. I've been sooo busy though. I'll hit some highlights of the week.

Monday I went to traffic school (not that its a highlight). It was omg-shoot-me-boring, as expected. I did see like 4 teenagers I knew, one of my teachers, & the school dance coach. I guess everyone is getting tickets. haha

Tuesday we got our Graduation Invitatons!! woot woot! It was so exciting. Now I just need to find time to put them all together and send them out. Im not sure how the party is going to work. Me, Matt, and Mandi are all graduating the same day and we have a lot of the same friends. it would be nice just to all throw a party together but Mandi & I aren't even really talking so I dont see that happening. So, idk how that's gonna work but we'll get it all figured out.

Wednesday was Ricky's 10 years anniversary as youth pastor at our church! It was a great service. Chris A. gave a very nice little speech and showed some old pictures from his first service (hahaha), we filled out some thank you cards for Ricky, and there was cake! It was a very good service. It feels good to let someone know how much you appreciate them.

Thursday- ay yi yi! so the school does this whack fundraiser day, Black & Gold Day. Basically, you pay $20 to go watch a football game and stand outside in the hot sun and burnt, alllll day. So naturally, I said...no. lol Instead I went and finished up my last 4 hours of community service. Im so glad Im finally done with everything to do with that stupid ticket!!! hallelujah!!!

Friday I met Ricky and Brittney G. at Paul's studio to record the scripture overlay's for our human video song. It was pretty freakin cool. I got to go in the booth and put the headphones on and talk in the mic! Ok, that probably doesnt sound all that cool, but i thought it was. lol Paul and his brother Tre are amzing at what they do! They had it all together so quickly! (and i dont just mean putting a recoring in something. they had to find the right volumes, placements, and even change the key to a part in our song) I was very impressed. After we left there, Ricky and I went to go look at his new studio that's being built. It awesome! it's so much bigger than what he's got now.

Today!! (saturday!) We had Human Video practice from 1-3 today. It was our 1st practice with the scriptures added in (the one's we recorded yesterday). I didnt know the scriptures yet; it was very obvious lol. We got a lot done though. Everything is begining to tighten up and look cleaner. Dane caught the last few minutes of practice. It was kinda neat having him come and watch. Anyway, after that we went to order our corsage and bout...(however you spell it). They lady was really rude! >=[ !!! Then we headed back to the house and just chilled. We watched a couple of movies and just hungout. It was really nice just to relax and see Dane. =)


Tomorrow afte church, Jared and I are working on our Children's lesson and Me and brittney are gonna work on our skit. Im actually suprised any of this is actually happening. I was really frustrated because I've felt like I've been the only one putting anything into either of these two entries. But Im really relieved that we're actually gonna get them done.
